01 General Information & Overview

Sona101 Club (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "Site") is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated exclusively for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Sona101 Club and its members.

These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English, with translations provided for convenience. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. 02 Eligibility & Registration Terms

To register and play on Sona101 Club, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this Platform.
• You must register using accurate, truthful information. Accounts created with false names, addresses, or identities will be terminated.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts will be closed.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your country or region.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be real and active.

03 Account Management

Your Sona101 Club account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you forget your password, you can recover it via your registered mobile number or email address.

Steps to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong password — combining numbers, letters, and special characters.
• Avoid logging in on public devices or WiFi.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your account.

Sona101 Club is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account. If someone else logs into your account and causes a loss, that responsibility lies with the account holder.

04 Deposit & Payment Policy

The following payment methods are currently supported on Sona101 Club:

Before making a deposit, ensure you are sending funds to the correct payment number or account. Sona101 Club is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong number. All deposits must be made from your own account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

05 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from Sona101 Club:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in certain cases).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes; Bank Transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Winnings earned from a bonus require the wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Sona101 Club regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Most bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement (WR) — typically 10–30 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — for gaming use only.
• It may not be possible to activate a new bonus while another bonus is already active.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

07 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on Sona101 Club are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every result is completely fair, verifiable, and free from any external influence.

• Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with support within 24 hours.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded.
• Maximum winning limits for Sports Betting are set separately for each market.
• Sona101 Club reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or pricing.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sona101 Club and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Use of third-party accounts or payment methods
• Attempting to hack or manipulate gaming software
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Intentionally exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Sona101 Club takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Any data collected at registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Sona101 Club may temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• For violation of Terms and Conditions
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected
• By order of a court or regulatory authority

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

11 Changes to Terms & Contact

Sona101 Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification.
